Paul Winkelman was the first Environmental Engineer registered in the State of Nevada. He is recognized as the experts’ expert in the industry.

Steve Brigman is an award winning engineer with over 34 years of experience in the water, wastewater industry.
Cody Black, P.E.

Cody Black is the current President of Shaw Engineering and continues the legacy of running the office with the motto of “Integrity First”.

Deanna has extensive experience in project coordination, operations, finance, and administration working with engineering and construction management firms. She is currently Alternate Chapter Delegate for the Nevada Chapter of American Public Works Association (APWA).
